Simply did the HR interview for the cadet program. Very straightforward. I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter to set up the interview. Interview was conducted over skype.

It took around 30 minutes, very friendly recruiters, did not feel like interview at all, They asked about training and scenario based questions. As long as you are well prepared, the interview will go smoothly.
