First, a recruiter will have your screening interview, ask general questions about your experience. Then they will schedule you with the hiring manager. Be prompt when they ask about your interview availability.

How long have you been a Healthcare Recruiter? What positions were you able to recruit? Do you have an experience with travel nurses? Describe end-to-end recruitment. What type of facilities did you handle and where?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PRIDE Global (Makati City) in Sept 2024
Interview
The recruiter was very accomodating during the initial stage of the process. However during the last stage, they congratulated me and told me to complete all documents needed. After a few weeks, they did not give a feedback anymore. So much for keeping someone's hope up.
