Interview
Was selected for a written and a short interview. I was told that if I get selected I would be assigned at factory location in a week for 7 days assessment. After 1 week I started assesment at factory. I returned home after 7 days completeing the assesment. After 15 days I was called for final interview with Director & was asked to make a slide what I have learnt. I attented. After the final interview and 4 days later I finally got my appointment for Management Trainee Officer at Factory location.
The interview was unorganized and started late than the said time. First the written was taken and then a viva. The office environment looked dull and gloomy. All the candidates from diverse background were kept in one room so the confusion raised every time. Candidates kept coming late and attended exam.

Question 1
They asked me if I had seen all the job responsibilities.
A written exam compiled with Chemistry, Biology, Analytical Math and English. Then a screening viva which was basically focused on QC and academic background related questions. Lastly final viva took place.
