All Day long interview- at first written exam was held then viva was happened.Very nice experience. The employees are very much helpful. And this is one of the best interview I have given.

I applied online. I interviewed at PRAN-RFL Center (Dhaka) in Sept 2024
Interview
After shortlisiting candidates they were called for a written exam. On the same day as the written exam a preliminary viva was taken by the hr officer and the selected candidates were later called for a final interview.
The whole thing took place in a different building than their main office and the environment there wasn't very nice.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PRAN-RFL Center (Dhaka) in Aug 2024
Interview
A written test followed by an interview. It is a good environment overall, the meeting room has the required space and their behavior was professional. Test was mostly based on english, gk, iq, math and some technical questions.
