      Process Engineer Interview

      12 Oct 2021
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at PQ

      Interview

I submitted a cover letter along with my resume and heard back from HR after 1 month. There were 3 interviews total. The first, was a 30 minute phone call with HR to gauge my interests and abilities, whom was very kind. Next, I had a video interview with the business development manager and accounts coordinator for about 30 minutes each. And the final, third interview was in-person which included meeting and speaking 1 on 1 with the managers and engineers of the company, followed by a plant tour.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Most questions were to gauge interest within the company, followed by some prodding towards basic knowledge of mechanics and chemical engineering.
