Interview
There were three interviews: first with the corporate parent company phone screen, then with manager, then vice president. There was almost a month between the first two, and then just 7ish days between the last two and offer.

The screening asked about organization and experience. The second interview was more of a conversation about the role. The final was learning more about the company.

First I did a phone, then 2 in person. During the interview with the vp she berates you so bully you into accepting a lower than average salary. She takes everything you worked so hard for and makes you seem worthless
