Interview
Came to my University looking for young, educated, smart individuals. Had a one hour intereview. Questions were mostly about what you know of the company as well of behaviorial questions.
After the college interview I went to headquarters and intereviewd with three professionals. The questions were relatively the same. I had some questions asked about my background and my role in the community.

Interview
The first interview is an on campus interview with behavioral questions. The second interview is in Pittsburgh. The interview is with 4-5 people each lasting an hour. Then they take you to lunch after the interviews are over. All questions are behaviorial type questions or conversations.
