Interview
2 rounds on campus, each for an hour with two people. Then interview onsite, two interviews hour long, each with two people, then 30 min interview with a VP. Overall it was very thorough, make sure to have your traditional answers as well as be able to explain resume.

Basic behavioral as well as marketing specific e.g. what is an example of a good commercial you've seen recently, what is your favorite brand, where do you see yourself in 10 years. You need to convince them you want the role, the company, and functionally to do marketing.

Two 30 minutes interviews back to back. Each interview was done by two people, one from HR and the other 3 from the marketing department. Interview was done after 2 info sessions were held on campus.
