Interview
Very easy interview process. I came from SW so I had a head up above everyone. They asked me company info and since I did my homework I impressed the manager. They now require a group interview. Unlike SW they want more sales people. You can be effective at this company without really having industry experience as long as you can sell and close deals

Interview
Interview process was relatively painless. Since this position was an outside role, I had the opportunity to meet with the local area managers to discuss job details and expectations in person.
Response time was adequate and I was able to begin the job within 1 week of the final interview (two interviews total).
You are required to take a personality test as well as pass background and drug screening.
As a note, it definitely helps to have someone you know already employed with PPG.
