Interview process is pretty much like most CROs. They are looking for specific examples To each question. Use the STAR method! This definitely saved me. Everything is down remote now so it wouldn’t hurt to have notes

Interview
First I received a call from the PPD recruiter, I was asked about my relevant experience and job expectations. Then I was invited for a formal interview which was about 1.5 hour, interviewers were very very kind and polite and I did not feel under pressure. We talked about PPD, my previous experience and I was asked some standard and some tricky interview questions. Overall it was not too difficult.
