I interviewed for Power Engineers back in July. I had two interviews one being a phone screening and one a video interview with the department head. The interview itself was very straightforward just going over my experience. However, after the process was completed I never received any followup from the company to tell me whether or not there was an offer, just a ghosting. Very unprofessional.
