The entire interview was very down to earth and felt like a good reflection of their work culture. Other than the standard "tell me about yourself", it felt more like a conversation between two engineers over anything else. Overall the interview lasted around 30 minutes, and was pretty informal.

Interview
First I had an interview over teams which was conducted like a normal interview. Then I had a person “interview” which was more so just being shown around the office and introduced to the team. They took me out to lunch as well.
In person 1.5hr interview, solid questions about project management and technical background. No fluff, but definitely looking for personality with technical background, Focused on work life balance and a healthy amount of projects.
