PNM interview questions

Interview was completed by 2 random individuals, the female lady was super rude prior to the interview begging. Questions that were asked were scenario specific. Tell me about the best customer service you have ever received or tell me about the best service you have provided to your customer etc. Role playing with a difficult customer etc. Interview was uncomfortable. I did ask if they would let me know either way if I was going to be hired or not and was told yes but have just been ignored. So glad I wasn’t offered the opportunity I would not want to work with super judgmental people!
