I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PNC Financial Services Group (Columbus, OH) in Dec 2015
Interview
Applied through PNC careers, phone interview then in branch interview. The HR was very irresponsible and lazy, sent him 10 emails and he only had replied 2, had to call him a few times to ask about the progress, and he didn't know when the Branch manager would be available to interview me, had to stop by the branch to schedule and appointment with the manager for an interview, then 6 days, said I got hired, and sent me the background check, passed that, then their offer was way too low, so didnt take it

After scheduling a brief meetup at nearby Starbucks, we discussed my work history, what made me switch careers, and how my experience would tie into the new position. The interviewers were extremely accommodating to my existing work schedule at the time.
Few days later, I received follow-up phone call from the recruiter offering me the position, which I accepted.

Interview
Very intense, recruiter was a little much . The process itself was fine and the questions were typical. Just felt like it was a demeaning interview almost. Could have been a little better.
