PMA Financial interview questions

I would regard the questions they asked me as behavioral, to see if you were good at researching, and how good you were using your consultative skills to uncover clients' needs to offer products that would match them.

After applying on line, I had an initial call with the recruiter. Then, I participated in a 20-30 minutes Screening/phone interview with recruiter/HR. After that, I came back for a virtual interview with leaders in the Department. Overall, the process went very quickly and smoothly!
