1. Recruiter Screening Call - Discussion about your background, experience, career goals, work authorization, and interest in the role.
2. Teams Interview with Hiring Team - Resume and project experience review. Technical and role-specific questions. Assessment of knowledge related to the position and relevant tools/software. Behavioral and situational questions to evaluate problem-solving, communication, and team fit.
The hiring team evaluates both your technical capabilities and overall suitability for the role.
