First, I had an initial screening video call about the position with two people from the company. A week or so later, I went into the office for a panel interview and a tour of the building.
About a week later I was offered the job, but didn't accept on the spot so I could read over the offer letter first. The offer letter mentioned there was a non-compete clause with accepting the job, so I requested the a copy of the non-compete before agreeing to anything. I was never provided that copy so ultimately I did not accept the job.
