My initial position at Pitco was temporary, which led to a fulltime permanent postion in another department. I was interviewed by the director of the purchasing department and was offered the position on the spot.

Interview
My interview process was rather simple I came in to the company through a temp agency at first. I met with the manager and much of what was needed was jus basic computer skills. It was relatively and since it was for graveyard shift there was only one other candidate.I would suggest being confident in basic programs such as word,excel and 10-key typing.
