I applied online. They called me back to set a phone interview for first round. The interview itself was farily straightforward. He didnt ask anything really technical.
Second round, I met with senior management. He asked for trading hub for an oil product. Fairly simple because there is only one for crude oil - cushing. He also asked the barrels to tonnes conversion rate for an oil product. I dont know off hand but I figured something out because crude oil barrels to metric tons is 7.6 so you just need to know if it lighter or heavier thane crude oil.
