Microsoft Teams call, planned in advance, not many questions, they ask about your CV, they explain to you what will happen next, the next interview will be face to face and they study your body language.
Personal questions then moved to technical questions, it was flexible with explanation for each question and it was so accurate at the same time and the intreviwer was very attentive
