The interview had both general and clinical questions. They asked me for my schedule. They also asked me what I see myself doing in 5 years. Although my interview was over Zoom with a group panel, I heard other departments can be in-person.
Expect a panel interview and a series of behavioral, personal, and situational questions. Was also asked some clinical questions which took a chunk of the interview. Overall the interview was pretty expected
New grad - went in a auditorium and they had multiple tables with 1 person each interviewing candidates. It’s educators, director, managers, charge nurse. They ask prioritization, your thoughts about the population we serve, why PIHGSH.
