My resume was sent to PI Financial from a employment agency, and I was contacted by phone to come in for an initial interview. I arrived and was met by three people in a large board room. There was a woman from HR along with her assistant, as well as another executive who was involved in the compliance role. The first interview was less formal then the second. I was called a few days later for a second interview. The first interview I was asked mostly about myself, my skills and weakness’. The second involved more questions about my ability to work and what I would be doing on a daily basis.
