Interview
In person interview with full formal. No situational questions, mostly just background and why you would be a good fit. Just be yourself and ask the right questions. They'll offer you the job if you get it right on the day.
Straightforward, phone interview with recruiter and then in office where you talk to 2 managers and may be asked to do a mock call. After the interview I was called to inform that I would not be moving forward. I asked for feedback and I was told it was company policy to not give feedback to the candidate after the final decision was made.
Three step process:
1: Phone screening with the recruiter
2. Microsoft Teams Virtual interview with the same recruiter
3. In-person interview at the office with multiple leaders and I got an offer the next day

Simple, straightforward questions, don't really want to trick you, just see if oyu can handle the grind. This is paramount as the grind is insane here so they emphasize it quite a bit.
