Long but very professional interview lasting approximately 2 hours. The process included multiple rounds with different team members. Many detailed questions were focused on business analysis knowledge, technical skills, problem-solving scenarios, and real-world case studies.
There were two rounds. HR and Technical. An HR interview to assess cultural fit and communication skills, followed by a technical interview focusing on problem-solving, coding, and role-specific expertise which lasted for about an hour.
2 interviews with hr and direct manager, followed by a task, then additional 2 interviews with managers and senior members- the process was quick although many layers until final offering
