PGS 360 interview questions

They contact me by Whatssapp, at 3.00pm on a Teams meeting, human resourser was on time, but i didnt had the chance to speak with the owner, I was told that my interview was recorded (they mention it, I was agree) Iin my understanding my recording will be shown to the big cheese, at the end the interviewer told me that they will be in contact, if their boss decided to move forward with my process I will be contacted in order to have a meeting with the owner to decide if I get hire on not

Made us wait for 6 hours. Very unprofessional process. The owner (who is an egocentric jerk) hires everybody. There is no HR dept. US Visa is required. They offer $2k per month less than they advertise + a laughable daily allowance when traveling to the US (several times a year)
