It is resulted positively pre-interview, but unfortunately I was not invited to the next technical interview. I had a experience for me. I hope a better job opportunity will come my way.

Interview
2 stage; Stage 1 HR, straightforward job-related questions, availability etc. Stage 2 Hiring Managers, some technical questions, at least 5 situational questions (check Linkedin for examples) + technical quiz based on engineering statics.
Never heard back from them even though I thought interview went well - poor communication on their part; If I didn't make the cut a rejection email would've sufficed.

Interview
Quite straightforward, part one was structural analysis testing basic analysis knowledge. Part two involved interviews with the area manager, VP & division manager, mostly behavioral questions to test the suitability of a candidate for the role being hired for.
