I applied online. I interviewed at PEP (Palau, PW) in Jan 2019
Interview
The job interview process was insightful. I found it to be interesting and not so inquisitive but rather a nice exchange. I think know that everyone was from a similar background made it easier.
3 interviews in total with the company. There is a simulation you're required to do and email back- it takes about 30 minutes to complete. Simulation is completed outside of the interview.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PEP (Cincinnati, OH) in Sept 2020
Interview
I was referred by a current employee. I had a phone interview that lasted about an hour and was asked basic interview questions and given information about the job. It was pretty relaxed and I was told they “definitely want to proceed with a video interview”. I was told I would get an email the following week to schedule a video interview with someone from HR, but was never contacted again. It’s been over a month and I still haven’t heard anything from pep.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at PEP (Cincinnati, OH) in Jun 2020
Interview
Had an initial phone interview that lasted one hour conducted by one individual. This interview consisted of a lot of "Tell me about a time when..." questions. Some were trickier than others depending on your past experiences that were relatable. This interview was more of a friendly conversation. The second interview was a 2 hour long interview that included a scenario where you had to get a product out on time and were required to email the client about deadlines and updates.
