Interview
Easy interview, ask regular questions and did a mock sales pitch. We were asked to sell an object to them. They wanted to see how we handle objections. Overall it wasn’t too hard.
They ask you questions on experience as a loan officer and different products and communication skills. It's a panel interview with a few people and they're very friendly and ask you about your overall experience.
Describe your interest in the company, your experience in college what you studied, talk about yourself and your interest in the career laid out for you, how you face adversity and how much you like challenges

Interview
3-4 stages, final interview with 4-5 senior company managers/executives. Didnt care I didnt know what a mortgage was lol. Personality assessment was the worst part. They sent two offers to me so that was a little worrisome but it turned out alright in the end.
