During the interview, the interviewer interrupted me after 10 seconds of listing my experience for no reason. Despite having a master's degree and years of experience, they deemed me too inexperienced for their desired position, which only required an associate's degree. Even if offered another interview, I would decline due to their disrespectful behavior. Their disorganization during the scheduled call and inability to read a one-page resume raises concerns about their basic competency.
