What was the hardest mistake you make and how did you learn from it?
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PCA in Mar 2025
Interview
Had a meeting online scheduled with two of the managers. Situation based questions, standard process nothing out of the ordinary. Took about half hour to complete. Not sure what next steps would be as they were very vague to even let me know if i'd be moving on to the next round despite getting positive feedback.
