Interview
Multiple phases. Mechanical aptitude test, followed by in person table assessments, and then interviews. The in person assessment is two round table group activities, then a workshop with “tests”. Haven’t made it to the interview yet.
It was a good interview. There was general questions about Safety and Team work. It was only one interview during the process and the setting was comfortable. If you are confident you will be ok.
