First you go into a kickoff session where the company is introduced and questions are answered. I went to about 3 they're on Zoom and last 30 minutes. After that they send the assessment where you have to do a voice recording, listen to a call and do a typing test. I had applied before with the company and both times didn't really move forward. After the assessment was sent over it took a day for the recruiter to reach out by email and schedule a zoom interview one on one and that's very easy also. At the end of the interview they let you know if you have it or not and if hired they ask you to submit a background check and for 3 references same day now 2 have to be managers one can be a friend. And then finally you receive an offer letter depending on how long the references and background check take. Mine was really fast so I'd say a day.

We had a video interview. She asked a series of questions. There were questions about employment history, availability, and the hiring process. Overall, it was a relatively straightforward process, and she was very personable.
