I 'interviewed' with a digital manager of Panos Brands. Overall, the manager did not ask me anything. In fact, the entire conversation was him selling me the job and telling me how much I would learn and grow in the role. I was told to take a couple of days to think it over before moving onto next steps. The next day, the job was reposted and I was told he was interviewing more applicants despite me saying I was ready for the next steps. Interviewing applicants for a job is completely fine, but in this case I felt strung along in case he did not find someone more qualified. I found it extremely unprofessional to lead me on and later reject me over a newer candidate. Overall, the interview process was extremely messy and unprofessional and I do not recommend it.
