Interview
The phone interview was very detailed, with questions about my personal goals and a 30/60/90-day plan. Two in-person interviews followed this. The interview was with the VP Fixed Operations, and followed by an interview with the CEO.

Interview
The first interview was over the phone, with Basic get-to-know-you questions. The second interview was with the General Manager, and it was heavily focused on process and lean methods. The third and final interview was with the CEO, and it was focused on process, customer retention, and overall direction of my career and the fixed operations to see if there is alignment or not.

Interview
First interview was over the phone and was lengthy (over an hour). They asked detailed questions about your personality, customer service experience and problem solving skills. Second interview was in person, seeing the sales manager and call center team leader. Both were really nice and asked similar questions that the phone interview has been asked. Casual chat for less then half hour, Received offer the next day.
