First was a one-way video interview. It was 10 qts and allowed little time to prepare. Since the company is smaller and rather new (2015), they are obviously looking for the best people they can get their hands on. Definitely not the best for someone fresh out of college with no experience.

Did not accurately describe job position and did not mention NEEDING TO BE BILINGUAL A MUST ON POSTING. Only to go through multiple steps of hiring process to waste your time and at the end tell you that you must be bilingual.
