Stage 1 - Phone Interview: Competency based interview given by HR.
Stage 2 - AC: Assessment centre one week later. First part of AC is reading a case study which you summarise and create a presentation concerning the main problems. You then present this presentation to an analyst. Following this is another 1 to 1 interview where you have to talk about your experiences, linking them to skills needed for the role. Lastly, there is a group exercise where you have to rank three potential acquisitions for a company (whilst being silently examined), your group then presents their recommendations to three analysts who role play as the senior leadership team of the purchasing company.
Final interview: Interview with partner of service line, where he/she goes through your CV. Very relaxed, if you get to this stage you’re very likely to get an offer.
