Interview
The interview process was simple: 2 interviews. The initial one was with the owner Fleur and also meeting the team. It felt relaxed and easy to navigate. During the second interview, she requested my references, and I got the offer. I rejected the offer due to her comments about my English level and capacities. She called back my references requesting an explanation of 'what did they tell me to change my mind.' HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL and rude. I am thankful I rejected the offer. I can't imagine what is to work for her.
