Preliminary screening was a simple phone call with the recruiter, Travis Ramos, mainly to make sure they found someone who fit what they were looking for (lifting 75lbs, looking for long term career, reliable). Then we scheduled the interview right there on the phone, which was to be held with my Area Manager a few days later. At that interview, we got right into what you could expect from the job. He asked a few of the same questions, a few more a little more in depth, like “why PJ?” “What makes you specifically the right person for the role?” From there I was offered a position and started training about a week after that.
