interview process was fairly standard. Explained it was a two step process and were very upfront about the type of candidate they were looking for, and the type of work and quality expected. interviewers were very amiable and made the interviewee comfortable and relaxed.

they stated that property management is very customer oriented and that this type of work was not for everybody. they asked if i thought that i would be able to handle the stress and workload which comes from the tenants
