Ovando interview questions

Applied online and was contacted via email for an in-person interview. You will be screened offsite at a local coffee shop. The manager interviewing you has extensive experience with luxury brands and will emphasis the importance of "knowing how to deal with luxury clientele". If you are deemed suitable you will meet with the owner. The owner was extremely arrogant, rude and was focused on what you will be able to do for her opposed to how working for with her company could enrich your career experience. You will meet with one of the floral designers for a quick Q&A and the owner will interrupt multiple times. After spending almost 1 full hour begging for the job you will receive an email asking if you are available to come in and work for the day for free to see "how you respond to the environment". After telling them what your rate will be because no one should work for free they will ghost you. Avoid this employer :)
