Interview
You do an initial coding assessment with the camera on. It's pretty straightforward and easy. You have to record a video with an explanation of your thought process. I didn't have an interview with an actual person for this role.
The interview was over zoom and very easy. It was very relaxing and felt like a conversation rather than an interview. It was very short in time. It was vey informal too.
Fue una serie de ejercicios técnicos en inglés de programación según el lenguaje que manejes, en mi caso JavaScript, duró aproximadamente 45 minutos, no fue fácil, pero tampoco era imposible.

Cuánta experiencia tenés con lenguajes de programación.
You have to do AI screenings. They are not very difficult in the easy and mid levels but they get harder once you reach the end. The projects have a whole different process by itself.
