An initial application to their job board, followed by an initial call to discuss myself, what I’m looking for, and hear about the company and its core values, as well as what they’re looking for in employees. This was followed by another call, and a challenge (test of skill) which was then followed by a final call and offer of employment. My particular position is a creative position so the challenge/test of skill seemed reasonable and did not come off as extravagant or complicated. It was a fun experience. During all the communications (which took about 2 weeks from beginning to offer) I was provided with ample opportunities to learn more, ask questions, voice concerns or opinions, and communicate with members directly involved in the team I would be working with. My final call was with my direct team lead and the head of the brand department.
