I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Outback Steakhouse (Bowie, MD) in Aug 2009
Interview
The interview process was fairly easy. I sat down with the proprietor in a booth and we discussed my prior experience and he asked me a lot of questions about what would make me valuable to the company. He also asked me how long I planned on staying with the company and stated that if I stayed with the company 1 year I would be eligible for a location transfer. I also took a standardized test that had me rate different situations and how I would react and well as some simple math and reading questions.

Interview
It was pretty easy, but the interviews i was made to wait longer just to get asked the same 2 questions by different managers. When I finally got to talk to the big boss, it was only then that I felt seen by the company and was offered a job on the spot.

Question 1
What are 2 strengths and 1 weakness that you have?
Trabalho dinâmico, a pior parte eram os clientes, mas a equipe era ótima! Como fui direto na loja me candidatar, pude falar direto com o gerente e fiz uma entrevista ali mesmo.
