I applied in-person. I interviewed at Outback Steakhouse (Burlington, NC) in Mar 2013
Interview
The interview process is a very scripted corporate interview. The questions focus on knowledge of restaurant specific customer service knowledge--i.e., how would you handle XXX situation? Answers are scored based on hitting a certain number of points in their 'ideal' response.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Outback Steakhouse
Interview
Simple and easy interview process. I feel that i was asked the standard server questions. Please be sure to bring your updated resume. The asked about my availability and my experience in the industry. Some behavioral questions were asked of me as well.
Waste of time.
Everything is automated through AI and the system will mess up scheduling and then when we finally get an interview, they already have people hired. Was told I would receive an answer either way from AI and had to call the store to get my decline.
