Pretty basic questions. As long as you are honest and base level competent, you'll get the job. Go read the mission statement and incorporate that. Not great at responding to questions about the company culture though.

Interview
Its kind of laid back. I felt that the supervisor was really into himself and he seemed really young to have a supervisor position over other workers twice his age. This place seemed to really overcompensate what they do here. If it was so great why dont they pay better?
