Ottawa Hospital Research Institute interview questions

Very conversational interviewer. Not at all like the regular structured interview process. Just a great conversation in general. They asked me tell me about yourself and went from there. Talked about their research, and asked questions about their research.

It was a one hour in person interview by the head of that department. They were really kind and inviting. They said they would check my references and they contacted me immediately after.
