I applied online. I interviewed at Ottawa Community Housing
Interview
I was asked to do a one hour assignment before even interviewing. It was set up so you can't see anything until you open the timed assignment and have one hour from that moment, so you can't do any prep work nor can you even glance at the topics before committing to it. I did it anyways and never heard a thing back, not so much as a "thank you", "received", or "we're moving forward with other candidates". Left a really sour taste in my mouth and I won't be applying again to a place that wastes their candidates' time so openly.

Question 1
Interview assignment with I believe five questions, each which had 2-3 parts to it, and you had one hour to complete. It asked you to critique their processes which made me skeptical that they were just gathering intel.

Interview
Great experience. The interviewers were cool and nice. You must be fully bilingual and should have experience working in a unionized work environment. It started off with behavioral and situational kinds of questions. Tell us about a time you managed a call center. How did you handle... What would you do if...it was an on-site interview with two people, a man and a woman?

Interview
Student program is a good place to look for work within your preferred field. Career advancement or extension is 50/50. Must be sociable and likeable to maintain a permanent position. Pay could be better but still not terrible.
