There was a screening call which was fine. Some CV and experience questions. This was followed by face to face at office, with presentation. Three senior staff and one HR. No questions from HR. the QPPV was nice and had a professional approach. The medic was negative right from the start and made negative remarks. It was a untrained team. I wonder how this company can get leadership type individuals to join them if their recruitment is so amateurish
