Got an interview after sending an email. Interview was very relaxed and the interviewer just asked me what projects I'd be interested in working on. It seems that if you get an interview, you are very likely to get a position
I sent them an email containing my CV and cover letter and expressed my interest in doing an internship with them. They then got in contact a couple of months later, telling me that I was shortlisted and that they wanted to do a virtual interview. In this interview, they only asked me to describe the projects that I was involved with as written in my CV, they wanted to see if I actually knew what I did. The interview was for about 15 minutes.
