I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Oscar Health (New York, NY) in Jan 2022
Interview
Applied and then was sent a hackerrank test to complete.
Read the description of how the process went and I never received a call from a recruiter. I fit every box they wanted and I’m in an under represented demographic in tech as well as a vet. Aced the hackerrank and got a generic email 2 weeks later stating they went with other candidates. No feedback at all. They need to do better and actually give every applicant a actual call with a recruiter and hiring manager, I feel like they just send out the test to comply with them interviewing minorities when they really aren’t .
Take home assessment — 3 problems. I got all of them right and didn’t get the interview. So wasn’t a fan of the process. Others that didn’t get all the questions got the next round.

Question 1
Coding questions - typical leetcode you find online. Probably mediums.
The interview process starts with a two question Hacker rank coding challenge which was a six on a scale from one to ten in difficulty. Then there is phone coding interview
which I believe the question was fair but I believe the individual interviewing me was extremely critical on one part of the question that I did not understand. I did not make it past that interview
